Q: Are your Curry Kits suitable for Novice Cooks?
Yes they are! All of our curry and appetiser kits have the precise amount of correct blended spices to ensure no cook can go wrong when attempting to make their dish. In addition the instructions supplied are as simple as 1,2,3 Viola and Enjoy!
Q: Are they wheat & gluten free?
No. Not all our curry kits are gluten free at the moment. We are working on this. Please check before ordering as it will let you know on the product page via a Gluten Free symbol
Q: How many people does one kit serve?
Our kits will make up to 6 average sized portions which is quite amazing! Of course, if you are used to eating smaller quantities then you be able to get more portions out of the dish
Q: Can I freeze my cooked dishes?
Yes you can portion any leftovers and freeze them in suitable freezer containers. Please ensure you are following your freezer manufacturer’s guided instructions. For later use you can reheat in a pan or microwave
Q: Where should the kits be stored?
It’s always best practice to store the kits in a dark and cool environment as exposing them to heat and sunlight can impair the colour and flavour of the spices
Q: Are our products suitable for Vegetarians?
Yes we have many recipe dishes that are designed specifically for Vegetarians like Onion Bhaji, Bombay Potatoes, Garden Pea Kofta and Pilau Rice. However any of the curry and appetiser kits can be used to create vegetarian dishes, for example, the Tandoori Tikka mix can be used to create Paneer Tikka instead of Chicken Tikka and a Beautiful Bhuna mix can make a Vegetable Bhuna instead of a Lamb Bhuna, get the idea?
Q: Where can I add a discount code?
Please add your discount code at checkout. Once your order has been placed and accepted we are unfortunately not able to change or amend it later. If a code works in error we may reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you, however we do like to keep all our customers happy and will work with you to resolve the issue
Q: When will my order be delivered and can I order from Outside the UK?
We will always endeavour to deliver your goods within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. This will only apply to deliveries within the UK. Orders are despatched via Royal Mail or Courier. Free delivery will be applicable on orders £25 or over for residential customers otherwise a standard £3.95 fee will apply. Free delivery for trade customers will be applicable on orders £75 or over otherwise a standard £6.95 fee will apply
For all European deliveries: £9.99 flat rate
For all World Wide deliveries: £16.99 flat rate up to 2kg and above £34.99
We send orders all over the world but NOT AUSTRALIA due to their customs regulations
Airmail (standard) / International Courier Service: Usually delivered within 5 to10 working days for Europe and 7 to12 working days for Rest of the World subject to non constraints
