(Cooking time less than 30 mins)

You will need:

  • 1 Spice Raks Oo La La Onion Bhaji mix OR
  • 1 Spice Raks Pukka Pakora mix
  • tortilla wraps
  • leafy salad mixed with chopped tomato & cucumber

Instructions:

  • Follow the instructions on the Onion Bhaji or Pakora¬†mix to make the bhajis or pakoras
  • Place mixed leafy salad on tortilla, add bhajis or pakoras top with coleslaw and sauces below
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, folding one of the bottom ends to ensure no spillage and serve

Serve with minted yoghurt, hot chilli or tomato / sweet chilli sauce + mayonnaise ( optional )
