Delivery & Shipping
We will always endeavour to deliver your goods within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. This will only apply to deliveries within the UK. In any instance where we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we cannot accept responsibility or liability to you in respect of non delivery. Furthermore we cannot guarantee any delivery on a specific day or date. If we are unable to deliver within the time frame, we will make every effort in contacting you via telephone, email or text to inform you of the late delivery and where possible an estimated date of your delivery.
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail or Courier. Free delivery will be applicable on orders £25 or over for residential customers otherwise a standard £3.95 fee will apply. Free delivery for trade customers will be applicable on orders £75 or over otherwise a standard £6.95 fee will apply.
For all European deliveries: £9.99 flat rate
For all World Wide deliveries: £16.99 flat rate up to 1.7kg and above £34.99
We regularly send orders all over the world but NOT AUSTRALIA, unfortunately due to their customs regulations
Airmail (standard) / International Courier Service – cost automatically calculated at checkout. Usually delivered within 5 – 10 (working) days for Europe, 7-12 days for Rest of World.
We always endeavour to deliver orders as per schedule and to the customer’s satisfaction. However sometimes mistakes can happen and if they are caused by us, we will always put them right as soon as possible. For issues arising in late delivery times or non delivery, these are deemed outside of our control and will have to wait until the matter has been resolved with the subsequent Courier Company or Royal Mail.

We always strive to provide you with excellent service. However, in the rare event you have received an order from us which you are not entirely satisfied with please contact us via email at: email@example.com or use the contact form and we will aim to respond back to you as soon as possible.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form and we will do everything we can to make this process easy for you and stop the despatch of your order. However if the order has already been despatched, you will be required to send the items back to us to the postal returns address in the Returns and Refunds Section of the website at your own expense.
We are unable to reimburse you for any postage charges you will incur in sending back the items to us, or the original postal charges. Furthermore if the items deem to us that they have been opened and are not in a newly packaged condition as when we originally despatched them to you, we are then unable to offer you a full refund. However we do wish to keep our customers loyal and happy and will consider alternative refunds on a case by case basis. If you require the items to be re-delivered again then we will apply the standard delivery charge of £3.95 even if the original order was £25 or over for residential customers and £6.95 for trade customers. Returns and Refunds
You may return unopened goods within 7 days of receipt and, subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will provide you a full refund or a replacement to compensate for the original cost of the item. If the goods have not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. However we do wish to keep our customers loyal and happy and will consider alternative refunds on a case by case basis. Please note we can only make refunds back via credit or debit card and only back to the original card that was used to place the order. We are also unable to refund the cost of postage incurred by you returning the item(s) to us or the original cost of delivery, unless you received damaged or faulty goods. All credit and debit card transactions are processed using a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant card processing company where all payments are encrypted and fully secure. We do not store any of your debit or credit card numbers on our website. In the event of any breach of security on our website, you can be assured that none of your card details are ever stored on our website.

Any complaints must be emailed to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be dealt with promptly and appropriate action taken where required. We shall acknowledge any complaint within seven working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within twenty one working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you and keep you informed.
The contract for the sale of goods or services by Spice Raks Food Co. from this website will be subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
