You may return unopened goods within 7 days of receipt and, subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will provide you a full refund or a replacement to compensate for the original cost of the item. If the goods have not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. However we do wish to keep our customers loyal and happy and will consider alternative refunds on a case by case basis. Please note we can only make refunds back via credit or debit card and only back to the original card that was used to place the order. We are also unable to refund the cost of postage incurred by you returning the item(s) to us or the original cost of delivery, unless you received damaged or faulty goods.
